At Global Wave Media, we are committed to providing high-quality digital marketing and consulting services designed to help your business grow. Because our services involve significant time, expertise, and custom work, our refund policy is as follows:
1. Service-Based Refunds
- Due to the nature of consulting and digital marketing services, payments made for completed services are non-refundable.
- Refunds may only be considered if services have not yet been initiated and no project work has been delivered.
2. Deposits & Retainers
- Deposits or retainers made to secure services are non-refundable, as they reserve dedicated time and resources for your project.
- If you cancel before any work has started, we may, at our discretion, apply your deposit as credit toward future services
3. Project Cancellation
- If a project is canceled by the client after work has started, the client will be billed for the portion of work completed up to the date of cancellation.
- Any balance beyond completed work will not be refunded but may be credited toward future consulting engagements.
4. Satisfaction Guarantee
- We are committed to client satisfaction. If you are unsatisfied with a deliverable, we will make reasonable revisions (as outlined in your service agreement) to align with your goals.
- Refunds are not issued based on subjective preferences once agreed deliverables have been provided.
5. Exceptions
Refunds may be issued in rare cases of billing error, duplicate payment, or if Global Wave Media cannot deliver the agreed-upon services.
